Who we are
We are a rank-and-file led, cross-campus group of graduate student researchers and teaching assistants who believe we can win a contract that benefits all workers. We began when we noticed a gap in union organizing around economic and social justice issues. Rather than ask more of our often overburdened elected union leadership, we decided to take it upon ourselves to find out what our co-workers wanted in the contract, to grow our movement, and fight together to guarantee the best wages and best working conditions for us all.
